I say yes because, they want us to succeed but make it very hard to continue education after high school. For example, in other countries you don’t have to pay for college and it is much easier to get in, then here in the US. For example, the United States lost the title of, “largest percentage of adults with university education” to Russia

By comparing the US to Russia, the US tries to compete with Russia military wise, rather we shou7ld educationally.
